More than 30 years ago, in France, the owners, two brothers Rodrigue and Geoffrey, were raised together with a Harlequin Great Dane. His name was Nabucco.

Naming our Pet Store using his name came naturally to honor the memory of a loving and caring dog, who has given so much joy during our childhood.

Through Nabucco Pet Products, we hope our pet food, toys and accessories will fill your family with same happiness and will help you, as Pet-Owner, to offer our furry friends the care they deserve, in a natural, organic and eco-friendly mindset.

The answer is… Yes ! Our eshop is using professional third-parties to manage the payment, which means not only your payment is secure, but the payment process conforms to all latest legislation and best practices.

Nabucco represents multiple carefully selected producers or manufacturers. Each of them is providing a different approach to the well-being of your pet, but at the end of the day, with a similar philosophy: organic, sustainable or eco-friendly!

Yarrah: 100% organic food good for your pet and for the planet!
Herrmann’s Manufaktur: Food that tastes like home! Only tasty wet-food, available in pouch or cans, made in Germany in a family-run business, with love!

It is simple… we only purchase certified organic products.
A certified organic product means the products and its components are coming from organic agriculture. The product must meet the European Legislation criteria (in Greek and English), notably:
- no use of synthetic chemicals (pesticides, fertilizers, weedkillers, etc.);
- no use of GMOs;
- respect of animal welfare (transport, breeding, slaughtering, etc);
- a processed products (like the ones we sell) contains at least 95% of ingredients from organic farming.

Receiving an organic certification means the manufacturer is audited regularly against the European Legislation by an independent organization.
Not only our producers are certified Organic, and audited regularly, but we also ask an independent auditor to audit our shop to make sure the products we sell conform to the legislation.

Some proteins used in the recipes are originating for animals for which there is no organic certification process (venison, rabbit, deer, etc…).
Although all the other ingredients are organic, the inclusion of this protein means the final product cannot be certified organic.
Having said so, our producers apply the same criteria to select the meat as for organic, so not only the final recipe will taste grate, but for instance, the criteria about animal welfare is respected.

The meat or co-products such as livers, hearts used in the products is carefully selected by both our producers, Yarrah and Herrman’s Manufaktur, from organic certified suppliers.
Therefore the meat your pet will enjoy is human grade (yes we can eat it) and organic, in other words coming from the same supply chain as the organic meat you are purchasing for yourselves.

It is a short process, lasting about 7 days. You need to mix the previous food with the food you purchased at Nabucco, increasing slightly quantities every other day until you reach 100% of the new food.

There is no straight answer to this question, unfortunately. There are only assumptions or rule of thumbs… But you can understand the race, the physical activity and the current weight of your pet will determine the quantity of food you need to feed him/her with.

Our website nabucco.com.cy provides a food calculator, but it must be used as an indicative amount. Only the veterinary practician following your dog or cat can give you the best advice.

When ordering on our eshop, as you have kindly provided your email address at the time of registration, our team and our delivery partners will update you regularly about the status of your order.

A recurring delivery is an innovative system we provide to our online customers.
You order the amount of food, snacks or treats you need for 1 week, and at checkout, instead of choosing the option of single delivery, you can choose ‘recurring delivery’. You enter the period you want us to ship your order for (from 2 weeks to 8 weeks) and the magic trick is done… Every week you will receive the same order. Payment is made according to our General Terms and Conditions at the time of shipment if the payment method is authorized.

The main advantage of the recurring delivery is that you will not forget anymore to replenish stock for your loved one(s). We take care of it!

The orders made through our eshop can be delivered in Cyprus, island-wide with our delivery partners.

If you deliver on the Wolt application, we are able to deliver for the moment only in Nicosia.

The delivery costs are as follow:

Delivery to a pick-up store:
- For an order < 50 €: 3 Euros
- For an order >= 50 €: free

Delivery at your home address, in Cyprus:
- 5 euros?
Delivery to Greece
- 15 euros?

It can happen indeed that the delivery does not turn out as it should be. In that case you need to contact us by email at eshop@nabucco.com.cy. or telephone: 22522410.
We will explain you the procedure to be refunded or to replace the damaged products.

Everybody can do mistakes, even our clients. In the event the product is still packed in its original packaging, and not damaged, you can return the products to our shop and decide to be refunded or to replace the articles.

The food is prepared in the European Union. Some ingredients may be sourced outside European Union because they cannot be found in Europe, but the preparation of the pet-food is made in Germany or Holland.

It is advised to keep the can 24h in the fridge after opening.
For this reason, if your pet eats small quantities, you better choose the pouch packaging which is more convenient for your usage.
