Our eShop nabucco.com.cy is now able to deal with recurring order, also called subscription.
What does it mean?
Any food available on our eShop can be purchased and delivered to you on regular basis, at a frequency you define.
As an example, your cat eats one bag of Sterilized Cat Dry Food 2Kg every 6 weeks, you can create a recurring order, and get it delivered at your door, every 6 weeks. And you will enjoy a discount of 10%.
The order will automatically be processed at the chosen frequency, and your credit card will be charged at the time the order is renewed in our eShop.
How to setup a recurring Order
Choose the product you would like to order at a frequency, and:
Add your product to the cart.
You can repeat this process for other food products, as well as snacks, supplements and poo bags or grooming wipes.
When you finish your shopping, click on your shopping cart and then check out.
All products with a recurring cycle will be clearly notify on the right side of the check out screen:
Continue your check out process normally.
P.S.: you can have different products with different cycles. For instance, cat food to be delivered every 6 weeks and dog weeks every 4 weeks. Our eShop will create two different cycles.
Pay as the order goes
You'll be charged for each order only when the item is shipped. The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount. A credit card is required for Subscribe & Save orders.
What Happens If a Payment for a Recurring Order Fails?
If a payment fails you will receive a notification via email about the order that has failed. The system will not automatically cancel the recurring order leaving it up to the site administrator to follow-up with the customer to maintain the recurring order. If the customer wishes to cancel then you can follow the "Disabling Recurring Orders".
Cancel at Any Time
There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. Use the Manage Subscriptions option from your eShop account profile, which can be found here: https://nabucco.com.cy/account.
Note: Disabling recurrence will not disable charges on the orders, which have already been raised and shipped. This will simply disable the further creation of orders.

Before we send your next order, our eShop will send you an e-mail letting you know your order will be processed soon, giving you time to make updates to your subscription as necessary.
